Patients of Southern Pain Specialists are responsible for payment of their insurance policy co-pay at the time of the visit. We reserve the right to deny a visit to any patient if they are unable to pay their co-pay at the time of service.

     Any fee not covered by your insurance company will be due at the time of your procedure. Your insurance benefits will be verified, however, verification of benefits does not guarantee payment. You are responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance company.
